I’m an experienced innovation and strategy practitioner with proven results across a wide range of large and small brands, products, and services, blending a leading-edge approach with hands-on experience to create, launch and roll-out innovation strategy, organizational transformation, and new product/experience pipelines.
While a leader of Brand Management, Product Design, and Innovation at brands like Aveda, Avon, Estee Lauder, and Wilton, I built innovation teams, processes, and capabilities from the ground up, while also creating a compelling pipeline of products and enterprise-wide innovation strategies. As a senior innovation consultant, I cracked client challenges in a wide range of global industries – from CPG to B2B to Hospitality to Pharma.
I’m a proud alum of Tufts (BA) and Georgetown (MBA), where I’ve also taught as a visiting lecturer for the McDonough School of Business. When I’m off the clock, I’m an obsessed cook, enjoying the challenge of cooking all kinds of ethnic cuisines – from Latin to Asian to everything in between. And I love my sports too, rooting for my NY Yankees, Buffalo Bills, or Juventus teams whenever I can.

Some of the Values I Use in my Work.
Collaboration.
I firmly believe that diversity of thought and perspective makes the work so much better! Together, we can create stronger outcomes.
Bravery.
Innovation requires taking risks. Making an impact is about having the courage to do so. The key is to be smart about them!
Curiosity.
To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical remain deeply curious – about consumers, trends, and the future.
Inspiration.
To develop unique and breakthrough branding, pipelines, and strategies, it’s critical to go outside of your category and explore lateral worlds.
Iteration.
There is no such thing as ‘instant perfection’ or ‘one and done’. It’s important to continually refine and optimize any solution to ensure success in the long-term.
Agility.
Innovation isn’t linear. Nor is it something that should take a long time. Instead, be nimble, create experiments along the way, and feel comfortable with the unknown.
